Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders will be processed with 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

*** Please take note that there is postage delays due to Covid. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Pretty pieces by Tara is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Pretty pieces by Tara is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Me. 

What happens if my item arrived damaged?
All our tracked parcels come with insurance.
Australia Post compensate up to $100 and if your order is above that we include insurance to the value of your item free of charge.
If your item arrives damaged please contact us for an image of the receipt.
With this as well as all the packaging and the item you will need to visit your nearest postal outlet to fill out a complaints/compensation form.
All our items come with packaging enough to keep your items safe however sometimes they are overly mishandled.
If for some reason Australia Post don't compensate please come to us to discuss further action.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
